1. Limit 12 characters per name (this includes all letters and spaces). Note: the longer the name, the smaller the text.
2. Names should not contain phrases, sayings, numbers, or special characters - many fonts do not have this ability, and I am unable to contact you for changes.
3. You may request two names. Please enter only one name at a time into each space provided.
4. Enter your names exactly how you would like them to appear. I copy and paste the information, so CHECK your SPELLING; there are no re-dos. If you enter all caps into the NAME space, the final product will look that way (unless the font dictates otherwise).
5. Use the drop-down box to choose your group association.
6. Please be aware of the request deadline; no tags will be made after the closing date.
